If it is true that everybody is trying to do their best, and
If it is true that people make decisions that cause us to leave those people/company/teams, then
We must not only show compassion and support to the person being impacted by the bad decisions, but also to the person doing their best yet making poor decisions.
There are always two sides to right and wrong, and sometimes wrong isn’t wrong, it’s misguided or confused.
