Thoughts on fasting

I’m fasting at the moment. Currently I’ve fasted for 5 full days.

Here’s what I find interesting:

  1. I’m hardly hungry.

  2. I’ve got lots of energy.

  3. I’m productive. My output and focus this week is greater than last 30 days.

  4. I feel less anxious.

I’ve fasted for extended periods of time before. 5 days is the longest. I will likely keep going.

An interesting experience. I’ll do it again.
